How to Use PowerPoint Password Recovery?
PowerPoint Password Recovery helps you recover PowerPoint file password for all version of MS PowerPoint and get access to encrypted PowerPoint files. Here is a concise user guide for you to decrypt PPT files with this program.
Step 1: Load Encrypted PowerPoint File
Click "Add" and navigate to the target PowerPoint file on your computer, and then load it to the program.
Step 2: Select one Attack Type and Deploy Settings
On the "Recovery" tab, select any one of the 3 attacks.
- Option 1: Choose "Brute-force Attack" if you can't recall any clue at all. The program will try all possible combinations by default, so no need to define any setting.
- Option 2: If you choose "Brute-force with Mask Attack", you then need to click "Brute-force" on the taskbar. And then fill in the Password Length and Character Set with extra details according to how many clues about the lost password you could recall of.
- Option 3: If you choose "Dictionary Attack", then click "Dictionary" on the taskbar. This attack is highly recommended. You can also create a dictionary by listing your character sets that you frequently use to let the program base on when seeking passwords. Import your own dictionary or use the default one that comes with this program.
Step 3: Start to Recover Password for PowerPoint
Hit "Start" button to start recovering PPT password. Within seconds, your password will be recovered and displayed in the File Opening/Editing Password Box. Next, just close the box and exit the program, then use this password to access to the target or locked PPT file.
