How to Remove Google Account(FRP) from Samsung Devices
If you buy a locked second-hand Samsung device and you don't know the credentials, or you forgot the account and password of your account, you want to unlock it. Step 1: Download and Install
Download and install 4uKey for android on your computer, connect your Samsung device then choose the feature "Remove Google Lock(FRP)".

Note: Before you click Start button to start FRP unlock on Samsung device, here are some notes:
- 1. Remove Google Lock(FRP) will erase all data in your device;
- 2. Your device will be updated to the latest version;
- 3. Please make sure the power of your device is above 50%;
- 4. Make sure the device data cable is plugged fine;

Step 2: Follow the Guides to Enter Into Recovery Mode
After hit the button "Start", you must choose the right Samsung device name, then click "Next" to continue.

Then you should enter your Samsung into recovery mode. During the process, please do NOT disconnect your Samsung device. Details on how to enter into recovery mode:
For Samsung with Home button:
- 1. Long press the Power button to power off the device.
- 2. After turning off the device, press and hold the Volume Up + Home + Power buttons at the same time.
- 3. Release all buttons till SAMSUNG logo appears.
- 4. When "Installing system update" or "No command" appears, please wait for the device automatically entering into recovery mode.

For Samsung without Home button:
- 1. Long press the Power button to power off the device.
- 2. After turning off the device, press and hold the Volume Up + Bixby + Power buttons at the same time.
- 3. Release all buttons till SAMSUNG logo appears.
- 4. When "Installing system update" or "No command" appears, please wait for the device automatically entering into recovery mode.

Step 3: Select Correct Samsung PDA Info
After your Samsung device get into recovery mode successfully, click "Next" button to select the correct device information, including select PDA information, manufacturing country of your Samsung device, the carrier which your device is locked to. You can drop down all info and choose the right one.

Then click "Next", you will confirm the information of your device whether it is correct. If the information is incorrect, your device will be bricked. If all information is OK, just click "Confirm" button to enter the next step.

Step 4: Enter Into Download Mode
Now you should get your Samsung device into download mode, how to enter? Follow the instructions in interface or by following steps:
Enter Donwload Mode with Home Button:

Step 5: Download Firmware Package
After your Samsung device has entered into download mode successfully, you will get the firmware matching file.

Then Tenorshare 4uKey for Android will ask you to enter your Samsung device into recovery mode again, the instructions will show onscreen. Then follow the instructions onscreen to continue till the button "Next" changes from gray to blue.

After this step, you need get into recovery mode again, also follow the instructions onscreen.
Notes: All of these steps are in preparation for the next steps : FRP unlock, please be patient.
Step 6: Remove FRP Lock Google Account
When your Samsung device has entered into recovery mode at the second time successfully, Tenorshare 4uKey for Android will detect the firmware package automatically and start to remove Google account from Samsung outright. This process will last about 10 minutes.

A few minutes later, the Google account has been removed from your Samsung device successfully.
